The Case Study Bed and Daybed designs were first seen in the Case Study houses starting in 1945, and continue to be a staple of modern interiors throughout the world. All Case Study beds and daybeds are made in Los Angeles from 26 layers of hardwood ply. Available with bentwood or metal hairpin legs and a variety of wood finishes.
The Case Study Daybed can be made with bentwood or metal legs, arms on one or both sides, or with a corner section. The Case Study Daybed makes an ideal guest bed, no-sag springs provide the comfort of a deeper couch.
Made of 1.5" thick maple wood with brushed chrome-plated steel v-legs. Also available with multi-ply bentwood legs.

Kings Road: 45% Polyester, 55% Cotton. Exceeds 130,000 double rubs. Water- or solvent-based cleaners may be used.
Racine: 100% Urethane - PVC Free. Exceeds 1,002,000 double rubs. Spot clean with a mild solvent, an upholstery shampoo or foam from mild detergent.
TYPE 2:
Tapatio: 90% Polyester, 10% Viscose. Exceeds 100,000 double rubs. Water- or solvent-based cleaners may be used.
Mainline Flax: 70% Pure New Wool, 30% Flax. Exceeds 90,000 double rubs. Solvent-based cleaners may be used.
Waistcoat: 82% Polyester, 18% Acrylic. Exceeds 50,000 double rubs. Water- or solvent-based cleaners may be used. Spot clean using a mild water-free solvent or dry clean for heavily soiled fabric. Inherently ink and stain resistant Write-Off finish.
TYPE 3:
Blazer: 100% Pure New Wool. Exceeds 30,000 double rubs. Solvent-based cleaners may be used.
Hemp: 60% Pure New Wool, 40% Hemp. Exceeds 30,000 double rubs. Solvent-based cleaners may be used.
