After having studied animation in Zagreb, she received an MA in Illustration at the University of the Arts London. Whimsical and peculiar stories and characters are a great source of inspiration to her, especially those from Slavic lore. Some of her favorite things to draw are plants, celestial objects, and fish. Anja loves reading (and illustrating!) both fiction and non-fiction, being inquisitive and curious about a wide variety of topics. She is also a certified plant mom (as is any millennial worth their salt!) and a kettlebell enthusiast.
