Fill with 12 ounces of alcohol, refrigerate 3 days, and enjoy for the next 30 days as the basis for 8 craft cocktails. Infuse a 2nd round to double the value. Pairs well with any spirit: vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey, bourbon, scotch. Mix it hot: add a 1.5 ounce strained shot with a cup of hot tea. Mix it cold: Add to a mixing cup 1.5 oz. of strained Boathouse Punch, 3/4 oz. green chartreuse, 3 oz. of pineapple juice and the juice of half a lime. Stir for 15 seconds and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of orange. Zero Proof: Fill jar with hot water and allow to cool. Add a 1.5oz strained shot to a glass of iced lemonade.
