Cold saponified is an artisanal soap manufacturing method that preserves all the ingredients as much as possible. The virtues of overgreasing oils are therefore preserved and allow the soap to keep its emollient, softening, protective, and nourishing properties. Another advantage of this method is that it limits the energy impact of production by using little electricity and water.

The young Parisian brand Atelier Populaire manufactures natural cosmetic products that are as organic as possible. They are handmade and certified organic by Ecocert according to the COSMOS standard, as well as labeled Cosmébio and Slow Cosmétique.
