Donna Holm’s original hazelnut toffee recipes have been perfected over the past 30 years, showcasing Oregon's "state nut"(also known as a Filbert). This Oregon toffee has been awarded the 2020 Bronze medal for "Top Toffee" from the International Chocolate Salon.
