Durban Chai Herbal Tea is a house blend with a flavor profile of spices, cardamom, vanilla, rooibos.  A caffeine-free blend of South African rooibos & traditional chai spices that brews a smooth cup with just a touch of vanilla.  94% organic ingredients.  Named after the South African city of Durban, which is home to one of the largest Indian populations outside of Asia.

Apolis Tea is the passion project of two Washington women with a combined 20 years of sourcing and blending teas. They look for ingredients no one else works with (like goldenberry and cinnamon leaf) and choose producers who work with interesting cultivars and biodynamic or organic farming techniques.
