Relationships expert Lucy Cavendish is a counsellor, therapist and coach with a Level 4 diploma in Advanced Integrative counseling, who studied with Katherine Woodward Thomas (author of Conscious Uncoupling, True You Awakening, Calling in The One). Having trained in psychoanalytic counselling, Lucy now uses a person-centred approach, helping her clients deal with the immediate problems they face, as well as underlying issues — she works with couples, individuals, and young adults. Lucy is also a journalist, author, broadcaster, and host of the Later Dater podcast — about relationships and the many forms that they take. She has written extensively for The Guardian, as well as The Telegraph, The Times, and The Daily Mail.
