Mini DIY Cheese Kit: Farmers' Cheese & Ricotta

The Mini DIY Cheese Kit from Urban Cheesecraft is the perfect starting point for beginners, kids and busy families. Quick and fail-proof, it makes 4 batches - 2 ricotta, 2 farmers' cheese.  Farmers' Cheese, similar to mild feta or queso fresco, can be used as crumbles on anything from tacos to salads to bowls of chili - you can even shape it into little wheels. Luscious, creamy Ricotta is great for simple veggie dips, pancakes, ricotta toast, cheesecakes and lasagna. Makes more than 3 pounds of cheese! Just add whole cow's milk.
