How to Use

• For heat therapy:  fold the compress in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (no longer than 1.5 minutes). Always test the temperature of your wrap before applying to your skin.
  
  
• For cold therapy: store in the freezer until ready to use.

Details & Care

• Dimensions: The main part of the wrap is 21.5" x 4.5" x 0.5". The straps extend 2.5" on either side.

• All Natural Ingredients: Linen/cotton blend fabric, lentils
  
  
• Use a clean damp cloth to spot clean. Do not launder.
