Victorian Cream Tea: Loose Leaf

Victorian Cream is a rich blend of organic black teas with a generous helping of lavender blossoms and rose petals with creamy vanilla. Drink it black or with a splash of milk. It is especially tasty next to the fire while reading Emily Bronte.

• Brew 1 tsp. tea in 8 oz. water at 208 degrees for 3 minutes

Apolis Tea is the passion project of two Washington women with a combined 20 years of sourcing and blending teas. They look for ingredients no one else works with (like goldenberry and cinnamon leaf) and choose producers who work with interesting cultivars and biodynamic or organic farming techniques.
