Mona Tähtinen is a Finnish cake artist, food stylist, photographer, and founder of Say It With a Cake!. The cake studio was founded in Helsinki in 2014 after Mona's creative experiments in her kitchen ignited her passion for cake decorating, baking, cooking, and entrepreneurship. She says, "I have always been fascinated by the power of stories and emotions, and the ability to capture and express them.
