Goma-shio (Japanese for Sesame Salt), is a mix of toasted organic white and black sesame seeds, San Juan Islands sea salt, and seaweed flakes (dulse, kelp and sea lettuce). It is crunchy, toasty, earthy, nutty and very addictive.
Try it on tofu, avocados, rice, and often just snack on it right from the jar!
Details:
Brady Ryan, owner of San Juan Island Sea Salt, was born and raised in San Juan Island, Washington. He uses the power of the sun to naturally produce his salt and, unlike most other salt farmers, lets the seawater completely evaporate — retaining the delicious mineral wealth of the sea.
Made with love in Friday Harbor, Washington.
