This Kimchi Salt is tangy with a mild kick of spice and with the characteristic taste of Kimchi that only authentic Gochugaru peppers bring.

San Juan Island Salts aimed to evoke the amazingly unique flavors of kimchi, and darn it if they didn't do it.  Goes great on rice, vegetables, scrambled eggs and avocados.
