Start by adding ice and optional fresh fruit, juice or sweetener to the glass carafe. Then add loose leaf tea and hot water into the filter on top and steep. When done, unlock the filter to release the hot tea over the ice in the carafe below for instant chilling.
The loose tea leaves are stored in the filter and can be discarded or composted when done. If you have leftover iced tea, the carafe doubles as a storage container–simply replace the cap and place in the refrigerator.
