As Little Cooking as Possible is a Vermont-based one-woman company that specializes in sustainably produced paper goods and creative illustrated products. Established in 2018, As Little Cooking as Possible products are based on illustrations made with both pen and ink and digital drawing tools. The style is minimalist but detailed – inspired both by Elisa’s roots in Finland and by the nature of her new home, Vermont.
